    Detailed drawings and a written scope you sign off. Nothing moves until you are comfortable.

    Mobilisation — 30% to start

    A 30% mobilisation payment, under a formal agreement, secures your team and materials. We tell you this on day one, not at the end.

    Scheduled milestones with photos and short videos from site, every week, whether you ask or not. If something changes, you hear it from us first — with options.
